Payment for Flash Tattoos
For flash tattoos, choose a design from my flash collection and specify preferred size and placement. You will receive a price quote unless already stated. Prices may change if adjustments are made on the appointment day.
Booking and Cancellation Policy for Tattoo Sessions
All appointments must be booked in advance. Limited drop-ins available.
If you or I become ill, the appointment will be rescheduled at no extra charge.
Rescheduling must be done via phone (call or text to +46 725 487 134), not Instagram.
For reasons other than illness, rescheduling must be made at least 3 days in advance. Cancellation must also be made at least 3 days in advance to get a deposit refund.
Please notify me if you are late. Arrivals over 30 minutes late will incur an additional fee based on my hourly rate.
No-shows will not be allowed to book again.
Pricing
My prices are non-negotiable. I mostly give a price range prior to tattooing, where the price depends on many factors like:
- Clients skintype,
- size of tattoo,
- detail level,
- how comfortable I am in that style,
- time it takes to design,
- Colour or black/grey pigments used
Etc.
Payments will be done in SEK so all conversion rates are approximate for simplicity.
I may ask for a booking fee that needs to be paid in order to secure you booking. The amount of the fee will then be deducted from the price of the tattoo at the tattoo session.
Client Responsibilities
I, Olivia Englund, cannot guarantee that you will not experience allergic reactions or infections. By proceeding, you accept all risks associated with tattooing and agree to follow aftercare instructions.
Cover-up tattoos may not fully conceal existing tattoos and may require multiple sessions without guarantee of full coverage.
Tattoo results vary depending on skin tone and healing. Color tattoos may have different hue than the design based on your undertone.
A tattoo is permanent. Changes or removal are at your own expense.
I am not responsible for medical, physical, or psychological conditions influencing your decision.

Medical Disclodure
To proceed with your tattoo, you must acknowledge and understand the following:
You must inform me of any relevant medical or skin conditions, including but not limited to: diabetes, epilepsy, hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, heart conditions, pregnancy/breastfeeding, blood-thinning medication, skin conditions, communicable diseases under Smittskyddslagen, or intoxication. Also disclose moles, freckles, scarring, or sunburn in the tattoo area.

I adhere to strict hygiene protocols and prioritise the physical and mental well-being of my clients. This includes rigorous procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and myself.
Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content created by Olivia Englund, are protected by copyright laws. No part of this material may be copied, distributed, or used without explicit permission from me.
GDPR & Privacy Policy
I collect only necessary personal data (e.g. name, contact details, payment info) to manage bookings and services.
Your data is stored securely, not shared without consent, and retained only as required by law.
